The Agency for Government Procurement of Goods, Works and Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan invites interested eligible bidders (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) to take part in the one-stage Tender for selecting contractors with the right to conclude an agreement for “Implementation of construction works in 2019 for separate parts of Lot 3 (Construction of right-bank structures) and Lot 4 (Construction of left-bank structures) of the Rogun HPP ”, divided into the following lots:
Lot A: Construction work in 2019 on separate parts of Lot 3 – Construction of right-bank structures of the Rogun hydropower plant;
Lot B: Construction work in 2019 on separate parts of Lot 4 – Construction of left-bank structures of the Rogun hydropower plant.
Legal entities may be bidders, regardless of their form of ownership and legal form, if they have state registration in the Republic of Tajikistan or in any combination as a Consortium without forming a legal entity with the formal purpose to sign the Contract, which will indicate the Agreement to work together.
Tenders will be conducted on the basis of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

A copy of the check as evidence of such payment should be sent to the Agency for State Procurement of Goods, Work and Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan by email at info@zakupki.gov.tj for the further submission of the Tender Documentations to the Participant.
Tender bids must be submitted no later than the next filing date: February 28, 2019 at 14:00.
Tender bids will be opened by the Tender Commission on the above day and time at the address: 22 Shota Rustaveli Street, Dushanbe City, building of the Agency for Government Procurement of Goods, Work and Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
When opening tender bids, authorized representatives of the Bidders are entitled to attend on the basis of the power of attorney of the legal entity.
