The announcement for an opencompetitive selection of an auditing company for JSC “Rogun HPP”
Open Joint-Stock Company Rogun HPP (Company) invites experienced audit companies to participate in an open competitive international selection for auditing reports on the financial performance of the Company for the period 2021. The main purpose of the auditing is to evaluate the auditor’s professional opinion on accounting, the financial reports of the Company and it must be performed in accordance with the international financial reporting and auditing standards recognized in the Republic of Tajikistan.
The main criteria for the inclusion of eligible consulting auditing firms in the short list are:
– Sufficient experience in auditing financial activities;
– The key professional qualifications of personnel and expertise in performing the audit;
– Experience in conducting audits in hydropower facilities.
The selection of the auditing company will be conducted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. The audit company will be selected in accordance with the “Selection by quality and cost” methods.
