1. The Republic of Tajikistan received Grant from the International Development Association for the implementation of the Technical Assistance for Financing Framework for Rogun Hydropower Project and intends to use part of the funds for payments under the contract for the Redesign and Redevelopment of the Website for the Rogun Hydropower Plant Project.
2. Project Management Group for Energy Facilities Construction Under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan hereby invites the eligible bidder to submit their bids for the Procurement of Redesign and Redevelopment of the Website for the Rogun Hydropower Plant Project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. All interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Redesign and Redevelopment of the Website for the Rogun Hydropower Plant Project and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at E-mail: grpsgs@gmail.com; cc: procurement.rogun.hpp@gmail.com as well as at the address given below.
5. All interested Bidders can obtain a copy of the RFQ which contains detailed instructions for preparation of the quotation in Russian by submitting an official letter to the address below or through email. The RFQ can also be obtained from the office of Project Management Group for Energy Facilities Construction under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan located at the address below or through the email: procurement.rogun.hpp@gmail.com.
7. Bidders shall submit their quotation in hard copy and must deliver to the address below on or before October 24, 2025, 10:00 am. Late offers will be rejected.
