regarding the call for proposals to audit the financial reporting services provided by OJSC “Rogun HPP”
Open Joint Stock Company “Rogun HPP” (the Company) invites experienced audit companies to submit their proposals of interest to participate in the open selection for the auditing of the financial reports of OJSC “Rogun HPP” for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. The main purpose of the auditing is to evaluate the auditor’s professional opinion on financial reports of OJSC “Rogun HPP” and it must be performed in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standard
At the first stage of the two-stage tender procedure for a request for proposals, the participants’ compliance with the following requirements will be assessed:
– Sufficient experience in auditing financial activities;
– The key professional qualifications of personnel and expertise in performing the audit;
– Experience in conducting audits in hydropower facilities.
