Invitation to participate in the prequalification (October 7, 2019, No. RPQ-001)
To the attention of all interested parties,
The Agency for public procurement of goods, works and services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan invites eligible suppliers (contractors) to participate in the prequalification selection for the right to conclude a Contract for the implementation of a set of works on “Design, development of working documentation, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, commissioning of safety equipment, technological television system and personnel movement monitoring system of Rogun HPP”.
Any legal entity, or any combination of legal entities in the form of a Consortium, possessing the relevant legal capacity under the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan or the country of its legal registration, except for those prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan or any international agreement to which the Republic of Tajikistan is a party, which anyone with the financial stability, necessary professional knowledge, experience and professional competence, may participate in the prequalification. If timely submit an Application for participation in the prequalification in accordance with the requirements of the prequalification Documentation.

Purpose of payment: receipt of prequalification Documentation according to RPQ-001.
A copy of the payment order as evidence of such payment should be sent to the address of the Agency for State Procurement of Goods, Work and Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan by e-mail info@zakupki.gov.tj in order to provide a full package of pre-qualification documentation to the Participant.
Date, time, address and method of filing Applications:
A complete set of the original Applications for participation in the prequalification of bidders must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the above address of the Agency for State Procurement of Goods, Works and Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan or sent in PDF format by e-mail akramov@zakupki.gov.tj no later than 5 November 2019 to 14:00 local time (Tajikistan, UTC +5).
Confirmation of receipt:
We ask you to inform the Agency for State Procurement of Goods, Works and Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan by fax, e-mail or letter no later than October 20, 2019 about:
(a) that you have received an Invitation to participate in the prequalification;
(b) whether you intend to submit an Application for participation in the prequalification.
